Der Campingplatz ist nur über einen geschlängelten Waldweg zu erreichen, der in einer Sackgasse endet. Einmal im Tal angekommen, bahnt der Bach sich sanft seinen Weg durch die Landschaft. Das Tal liegt in nordwestlicher Richtung und bekommt dadurch den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Mühle ist umgeschlossen von waldreichen, felsigen Hügeln auf denen Birken und Eichen wachen. Hier fühlt man wie die Natur atmet. An den Ufern des Baches sind im Laufe der Jahre Grasflächen entstanden, auf denen die verschiedensten (Frucht-)bäume Dekor stehen. Zwischen den Bäumen kann man sehr gut campen.

Wenn ein Ort so atemberaubend schön ist, will man nicht nur draußen sein, sondern auch 
draußen wach werden.

The famous Maare (crater lakes) can be found further south in the region around Daun, Gerolstein and Adenau. Climb the Hohe Acht, with 747 meters the highest mountain of the Eifel, or visit the famous Nürburgring. The western part of the Eifel is called the Snow Eifel and passes into the High Fagnes, which belongs to the Belgian province of Liège. In the east the Rhine forms the border of the Eifel, in the south the Moselle. As a result, holidaymakers can find absolute relaxation in the Eifel, but the lively wine villages on the Rhine and Moselle are easy to reach and guarantee a nice change. An offcamp in the northern Eifel is the perfect place to visit the Eifel National Park and the Rursee.

One of the most fascinating landscapes in Germany is the volcanic Eifel. The region of the Eifel in North Rhine-Westphalia was not always as quiet as it is today. In earlier times volcanoes were active there. Remaining from this time are the 75 maars of the volcanic Eifel. The majority of the maars are dry maars, the remaining number is filled with water. The maars originated at least 10,000 years ago; however, many maars are much older. The landscape of the Eifel is characterised by mixed deciduous forests, streams flowing through meadows and numerous lakes.

Last but not least, Rhineland-Palatinate - especially in the Palatinate and along the Moselle - is also known for its lifestyle and wine culture. Here you will find many huts and Tiny-Houses away from the tourist hotspots, where you can relax in untouched nature.

Rhineland-Palatinate is an off-camping paradise. From the Westerwald and the Eifel in the north, over the Mosel region and the Hunsrück to the Palatinate Forest as the largest continuous forest area in Central Europe in the south.
