The Schäferwagen is a double room on wheels with a real feel-good atmosphere. When choosing the materials, we let ourselves be guided by our ecological claim. For example, we used a lot of untreated or pure vegetable-oiled wood and wood-fiber thermal insulation (Steicoflex). The shepherd's cart offers a cozy double bed and an active audio sound system (for smartphone, MP3 player or notebook). The shepherd's wagon is heated with a natural stone slab that emits pleasant radiant heat and is controlled by an electronic thermostat control. Incidentally, we have been a customer of Naturstrom for many years. WC and shower house (possibly shared with other guests of the farm), fireplace room, barbecue area, sunbathing in the garden. Electricity will be charged according to consumption in accordance with meter in the car.

The holiday region on the Baltic Sea is the most popular holiday destination in Germany for good reason. Endless beaches invite you to a beach holiday with the whole family, the traditional seaside resorts such as Kühlungsborn and Binz are very worth seeing. Rügen and the Darß, the Schlei and the Lübeck Bay are correspondingly popular. Good weather is almost guaranteed at the Baltic Sea, with Usedom and Fehmarn, several Baltic Sea islands are competing for the title of the sunniest region in Germany.

One calls Schleswig-Holstein the "land between the seas". The Baltic Sea as an inland sea borders in the east, the North Sea in the west. The coastal areas in Schleswig-Holstein are sometimes steep coasts, sometimes sandy beaches. There are also lake landscapes, wooded hills and agriculture. The western North Sea coast is characterized by wind and waves, ebb and flow. The eastern part of Schleswig-Holstein is characterized by hills and lakes. The Baltic Sea coast is interspersed with many bays and coves and is much quieter than its western counterpart. Well-known North Sea islands in Schleswig-Holstein are Sylt, Amrum and Föhr.
